Thanks to Flora, recently introducing a spread that looks and tastes pretty much like butter, but is wrapped in plastic free paper that states it’s biodegradable.

Nutritional information on the packet compares favourably to butter with a little less saturated fat.

But entirely dairy free

To my taste it’s great on bread and toast.
don’t use it in making biscuits, the oils don’t work well. I tried and they were a failure. I shall try it in a Victoria sponge next to see if that works
