Having purchased a bamboo toothbrush ready for when my plastic one needs replacing, I am going to try out Denttabs toothpaste tablets as an alternative to tooth paste in a plastic tube. I bought these on the Plastic Free Shop website.

They were sent to me in a Jiffy Green bag, which I hadn’t seen before. It’s padded with recycled paper rather than plastic bubble wrap.

The tablets are in a metal bottle. The cost of 2 months supply (126 tablets) including packaging and postage was £9.65

Another brand is made by Georganics. I shall try them too.
