I went on line to find alternatives to repeatedly throwing away washing up bottles and I found this.

It\’s a 15 litre box by Ecover. The pack price was about £30 from Amazon, or 20 p per 100ml.   On this  occasion no extra cost  was charged for postage. This works out cheaper than what I used to buy.

This is not an option for anyone short of space. As you can see we had to clear out a cupboard to keep it.

When your washing up bottle is empty you just re-fill it from the tap.

The liquid is in a plastic pack within a cardboard box. Plastic! That’s what I’m trying to stop using !

Until I find another option at a reasonable price,  the way I look at it is, this method will save 30 x 500 ml plastic washing up bottles that would otherwise go to waste from our home.
