If you read my post about quick and easy gravy without buying plastic lidded gravy granules, here\’s an even easier and quicker gravy alternative I have discovered more recently.

Believe me when I say this makes great tasting beefy gravy of excellent consistency, but you can water it down a little to your taste. I don’t.

Just reheat in a jug in the microwave 2 minutes, or in a pan on the hob and serve.

At 38 pence a tin, if you really are in a hurry, a full tin provides 4 generous helpings. As there’s only 2 of us, I use half now and keep the rest for tomorrow in the fridge.
