For those of us who cant always prepare food from scratch, it’s worth checking out Linda McCartney’s range of ready made vegetarian meals. They have stopped covering them with plastic film.  The tray on this one is aluminum. The box is cardboard.

As I am off work this week, I shall embellish this one with a home made pastry crust
